Our Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help make it right.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Item is unused and in the same condition as received
- Item is in its original packaging
- Item has not been opened or tampered with (for food products)
- Proof of purchase is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (opened food items)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom items
4. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return your item:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service at returns@somosfoods.com
- Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
- Step 3: Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Step 4: Pack the item securely with the RA number visible
- Step 5: Ship to the address provided by customer service
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different product:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We will refund the original item once received
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for free return shipping and replacement
8. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping: Customer pays for return shipping unless item is defective or wrong item was sent
- Original shipping: Non-refundable on returns
